Rory Vohwinkel began his legal career at one of Nevada’s oldest and largest law firms, representing clients in commercial litigation and business transactions. Rory went on to serve as the sole in-house attorney for a national real estate investment and property management company. In 2009, Rory founded his own law firm to help the people of San Diego and Las Vegas facing financial devastation as a result of the downturn in the economy. Since opening his own firm, Rory has helped hundreds to file bankruptcy to protect them from harassing creditors and other financial hardships, as well as, assisted scores of homeowners successfully obtain loan modifications and short sale their homes. He attended Santa Clara University in Northern California, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a second major in History in 2000. He attained his law degree from the University of Arizona in 2003. Rory was admitted to practice law in Nevada in 2003 and is allowed to practice in all Nevada and California state courts as well as federal court for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California. Rory is also a member of the American Bar Association and a licensed real estate agent.
Loan Modification Admin Director
Sean M. Iwasaki has extensive experience in all types of mortgages. He has been in the finance business since 1993, working with almost every lender/bank/finance company in the nation. He has a bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Economics and Decision Science from the University of California San Diego. Sean is currently the Loan Modification Admin Director at Bankruptcy Bulldogs solving problematic mortgages for the firm. He has testified and worked with the State Attorney General’s office as well as the Financial Crimes Division of the FBI on several occasions in regards to fighting loan fraud and improper loan practices.
